At DueWise Tracker, we believe that your personal data is exactly that—yours. We have designed our application from the ground up to be an "offline-first" experience, meaning the vast majority of what you do in the app happens entirely on your own device without ever communicating with our servers.
Information Collection and Use
1. Local Data Storage
All data you enter into the app—including item names, tracking cycles, completion logs, notes, and preferences—is stored locally in a secure SQLite database directly on your iOS or Android device. We do not transmit, collect, or store this data on our servers. We physically have no way of seeing what you are tracking.
2. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
DueWise Tracker offers optional "Pro" features unlocked via in-app purchases. To securely process and validate these purchases, we use a third-party service called RevenueCat and the native Apple App Store billing systems. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat assigns an anonymous user identifier to validate your receipt. No personal identifying information (such as your name, email, or tracked items) is sent to RevenueCat.
3. Crash Reporting and Analytics
To help us identify bugs and improve the app, we may collect anonymous crash reports and minimal usage metrics strictly required to ensure the app functions correctly. These reports contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you or your specific household data.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your primary tracking data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over its deletion. You can delete individual items within the app, or you can delete all of your data simply by uninstalling the app from your device.
